I work with creatives, helpers, empaths and sensitive people. I have a keen sense and passion for helping folks through life transitions, loss and grief, balance, and boundaries.
I join from a holistic, grounded, and empowering standpoint. I want to understand you and help you get closer to the things you desire, while meeting you where you are. I utilize a mixture of trauma-conscious, values-based, and nervous system-conscious modalities.
