I prefer to do in person therapy sessions, but will do some online work, too. Email is the best way to communicate. I am certified by the National Emergency Responder and Public Safety Center (NERPSC). I feel a person's history, current life, and steps they are taking towards the future are all part of the therapeutic process. Often times, just coming in to talk with someone helps to ease your burden. I tend to ask lots of questions, and we can work to identify what techniques work best for you.
