I currently have openings! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor as well as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 11 years of experience working with individuals, families, and couples. I have a passion for helping people of all ages learn to manage their day to day stressors. Through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing my clients learn appropriate coping skills.
