I aim to utilize a warm, holistic, and collaborative clinical style that places you in the driver’s seat of your healing. I have worked within the prison system offering substance abuse treatment to both men and women. I have also worked as a clinician within a non-profit organization. Working in these settings have taught me that their is no cookie cutter approach to substance abuse treatment, everyone's path is different.

I'm a pre-licensed professional working towards becoming a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). I'm working under the supervision of a licensed clinician. Prior to joining the Counseling Associates team, I worked at a college counseling center and supported students with a wide variety of presenting concerns. I can see any client in Maine and NH via teletherapy but I am not credentialed with insurance companies in Maine, only NH. I help guide my clients to understand how their upbringing, worldview, culture, personality, and view of self affect how they are feeling, behaving, and thinking currently. One goal of mine is to help my clients maximize their wellbeing by better understanding themselves through the use of coping tools like mindfulness to slow and calm themselves enough to be able to assess their own thoughts and emotions in the moment so as to minimize regrets while reducing mood and behavioral symptoms.

I am an MLADC. And LCMHC. I specialize in substance abuse issues with co-occurring disorders disabilities. I am also a certified holistic life coach. I majored in Community Mental Health Counseling. Your well-being is of utmost concern to me. I start with a phone consult and then we can try to set up an Intake. I am available 5 to 7 days a week. I am doing mostly telehealth these days. I am Telehealth certified. I no longer run groups. Whether it's a substance use issue, or a behavioral issue, I can usually fit you in.
