I am a therapist with over 40 years of experience, supporting clients through life's challenges and emotional and mental distress. I am amazed by the daily changes I witness in my clients. People come in, driven by anxiety, fear, and shame, and learn the skills to begin to heal those parts of themselves. I work with those who are tired of feeling unhappy and ready to start the process toward a life that feels good. Our Nervous System has a wonderful capacity for healing if given the right tools. I offer a down to earth approach for guiding clients to a mental space where they can be centered and make healthy and productive choices. I am located in an area where there is peace, quiet, introspection and often humor.

Anxiety? OCD? Sick of being anxious ALL the time? I developed a program for Anxiety/OCD that works! This is NOT a talk session. You need coping skills. In a few appointments, it will be much better! I have been working in mental health over 20 years. Specialties: Anxiety, OCD, phobias, depression, relationships/low self esteem, chronic pain. I give what I would want myself, answers & treatment that works! I respect that, having worked with thousands of clients with phobia's, OCD, chronic worry, marriage/relationships, loss, and communication problems. Panic attacks/phobias (highways, fear of medical etc.)

Life brings many unexpected and sometimes very difficult challenges. Change and transition can be uncomfortable and painful, particularly when it is not what we want or envision. Through therapy one can gain insight into one's self and come to understand how certain life events impact your life. Through this process of self reflection one can explore how to better manage events outside of one's control, learn more adaptive coping skills and find strategies for dealing with distress. Therapy is a tool to help people develop and improve areas of their lives that ultimately lead to greater inner contentment.

I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) serving Massachusetts, New Hampshire (LCMHC) and telehealth in Vermont and Florida. I have worked in a variety of settings including in-patient substance abuse treatment centers, state prisons / county jails, and community-based office settings.

Accepting in-person and telehealth clients! I am privileged to sit beside individuals in their life challenges and hope to create a holding space for clients. My work uses a combination of talk therapy with creative somatic practices. With a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and specialized training in art therapy, I have been trained from a trauma informed and intersectionality based lens. I believe in meeting clients where they are at and tapping into their inner strengths. I support those experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and/or PTSD.
