Kevan Walker is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist originally from Alaska who has been practicing since 2008. Kevan sees all people in relationships, not only with other people, but also in relationships to their society's expectations, values, and ways of seeing things. Because of this, Kevan treats people who come to consult him as the experts they are in their own lives, and prides himself on being good at questions that draw out that expertise.

Chelsea Mayo is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in New Hampshire who has over 5 years of experience working in the mental health field. She obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of New Hampshire in 2019. During this time, she completed internships at an intensive outpatient program for addiction recovery and a community mental health center. She continued to work in community mental health until beginning at Lifestance in 2023.

For close to a decade, I have been committed to treating the whole person – connecting the mind to the body – in my work with individuals experiencing addiction, anxiety, depression, attachment disorders, trauma, grief/loss, and other mental health disorders.

Susan Bullivant, Therapist, is a dedicated and compassionate clinician who creates a safe, nonjudgmental space to partner with you on your healing journey. With a Ph.D. in Psychology and a Master's in Social Work, she offers a unique blend of expertise. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, while tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. She is certified in Brainspotting, Trauma-Informed Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Psychosynthesis, a spiritual psychology.

I have 18 plus years experience working on an inpatient mental health setting assisting teens and their caregivers. Hollie Crosbie is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in New Hampshire who has been practicing since 1998. Hollie brings many years of experience in providing therapy in the office setting as well as practical experience being in the field. She has spent many years working with a multitude of diverse situations and populations. This has put her in a beneficial position as we come out of a most taxing time in our country and all individuals having experienced the pandemic and anxieties that have come along side of this.

My telehealth practice focuses on helping those experiencing anxiety, isolation, grief, difficulty with life transitions, and issues of aging. I have extended experience working with older adults, and their families, with issues including loss of role, purpose, changes in health and independence. Good collaboration can offer support and clarity, to help make positive change.

Neuropsychological testing aims to evaluate cognitive and emotional functioning, provide appropriate diagnoses, and most importantly, to provide recommendations for further treatment. I believe strongly in helping individuals better understand themselves through identifying their strengths and providing them with individualized treatment recommendations based on their unique needs.

Hannah Noel is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in New Hampshire who has been practicing since 2020. She has a Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services from St Mary's University of Minnesota. Hannah helps clients with identifying, problemsolving, and addressing barriers that prevent them from achieving their goals whether they are academic, personal, or vocational. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her two cats, playing video games, spending time outside, and doing yarn crafts such as knitting and crochet.

Hannah Jalovick is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in New Hampshire who has been practicing since 2016. She has an MS in Counseling from Cairn University and a Post-Masters Certificate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University. Hannah offers warmth, personal connection, and a nonjudgmental space while counseling. It is her highest priority to cultivate emotional safety with her clients. Hannah utilizes CBT, DBT, person centered, and IFS, in order for her client to get well and achieve their goals. Hannah has 3.

I am a licensed clinical social worker who has been practicing since 2004. I completed my undergraduate education at the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from Boston College with a clinical concentration in Children, Youth and Families. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and families, working in both office based and home based settings. My specialization is adolescent behavior problems, depression and anxiety in adolescents and adults, and family therapy.
