I specialize in individual counseling in the following areas: bereavement counseling (including pets);trauma counseling for adults and teens; counseling for children whose caregivers are undergoing a separation or divorce.I have extensive experience working with clients dealing with anxiety and depression, as well as clients living with bipolar disorder.
I implement a variety of psychotherapeutic counseling modalities tailored specifically to each client. There is no "one size fits all" counseling strategy. My goal is to utilize whatever strategy enables you to obtain healthy attitudes and feelings towards yourself and your life situation.
