Hi, I'm Joan! Finding the right therapist and building a trusting relationship is so important to begin your healing process. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to create a tailored experience based on each individual’s needs such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational interviewing, and Person Center Approach!
