I provide an integrated approach incorporating Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma Focused, Solution Focused, Family Systems and Mindfulness.
I have advanced training in Trauma Focused CBT and have had successful outcomes with healing for youth and adults. I am a Certified Grief Informed Professional and have personal and professional experience helping support caregivers with the manifestations of caring for aging parents; particular passion for grief & Alzheimer's Disease.
