Bring your lunch and let’s connect and support each other. Here we are Neurodiverse(ND) affirming and LGBTQ+ accepting, and don't seek to 'treat' it away. This can be complicated by culture, societal norms, and personal/institutional expectations. I am Laural Casal, a LMHCA of the state of Washington, and I provide this free group as a donation of time and effort to give back to the ND community I identify with.
