I'm so glad you're here! I think showing up for oneself is one of the most courageous acts. Utilizing a person-centered therapeutic approach, I operate under the belief that you are the expert of your own story. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their narrative. My goal is to stand by your side, offering guidance in comprehending the challenging aspects of life—be it overwhelming, stressful, or traumatic. I provide services to adolescents, young adults, and adults, with a particular passion for assisting individuals facing challenges like depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, attachment, and relationship concerns.
As a therapist, I have training in Traumaplay Level 1, Advanced Traumplay, and Sandtray 101. I also use techniques from other modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Solution Focus Therapy.
I hold the belief that every individual possesses a voice deserving to be heard. My goal is to support clients in developing a deeper understanding of their emotions, acquiring healthy coping skills, discovering and expressing their unique voices, finding inner strength, and building resilience.
