I provide individual counseling to adults, no couples or children. My clients should know I am a direct, I am compassionate, funny, creative in my approach. My process is experiential our sessions will be a journey of self discovery, empowerment and healing. At the end of the session you will have experienced epiphany, release, healing, self discovery. This is different then normal talk therapy. My orientations are: Gestalt and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the wisdom of God which is higher than the wisdom man.
My approach is eclectic. I have strong knowledge of how the brain works therefore can explain to you the situation organically as well as psychologically and spiritually. I utilize biblical wisdom to assist you in changing the way you think and therefore helping you change your life.
