Dr. Dunn is a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in providing treatment to adults. Born and raised in Holmes County, Ohio he served as a U.S. Air Force Psychologist for four years before establishing a private practice in Columbus, and then in 1998 opened New Life Counseling in Dover. As the founder and director of our agency, he has created a team of clinicians who provide excellent therapeutic care. In addition to treatment of depression, anxiety, and marital and family problems, he provides more specialized treatment in pain management. He and his family live near Dover, and they are active in a local church.
New Life Counseling offers HEALING for the past, HELP for the present and HOPE for the future while providing help and direction through life's hardest times. Services offered include treatment for Depression & Anxiety, Marriage & Family Problems, Parenting & Child Behavioral Problems, Post-Trauma Problems, Pain Management, and Attention-Deficit & Hyperactivity.

New Life Counseling is a group practice of 16 Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists. We are located in Dover, OH and see clients age 4 - 99. Our staff sees clients both in person at our Dover location and we also see clients throughout the state of Ohio via Telehealth. We accept all insurances, offer CBT, DBT, EMDR and other modalities of therapy treatments and also offer faith based Christian counseling to those requesting that.
