I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania with a Master of Science in Community and Trauma Counseling from Thomas Jefferson University. I believe that a successful therapy experience is grounded in the strength of the therapeutic relationship. As a trauma-focused therapist, I approach mental health from a wellness perspective, emphasizing the connection between mind and body. I am a Licensed Social Worker who primarily works with children, adolescents, and their families. Many of my clients struggle with emotion regulation and coping with stressors. Family changes, transitions, and traumatic events are difficult to adjust to, and often result in anxiety, regressions, and/or big behaviors. I can help you and your family recognize these behaviors as communication and figure out the best path forward towards healing. Nidhi obtained her Master’s degree from William Paterson University in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. She has seven years of experience in a Partial Hospitalization Program for children aged 6 to 11 and their families, along with more than three years of experience with children, adolescents, and adults individually. Nidhi enjoys working with a wide range of behavioral health issues including anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, trauma, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum.

Natasha Go is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey who has over 3 years of experience providing clinician assessment and therapeutic care to teens, adults, and couples seeking help with depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ or other sexuality issues.
