I am a Licensed Counselor offering both virtual and in-person therapy for residents of South Carolina and North Carolina. Many clients prefer the flexibility of virtual sessions, though I also provide in-person appointments for those who prefer face-to-face interactions. Both methods are equally effective. I view therapy as a collaborative journey, aiming to equip you with the tools needed for insight, self-awareness, personal growth, and positive change. With over 25 years of experience in the human services field, I have worked with children and adults from diverse backgrounds, addressing a wide range of concerns.
I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC); I am a Certified Domestic Violence Specialist (CDVS-II); I have a Certification in Advanced Grief Counseling and a Certification in Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I am also certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and I utilize this form of therapy with children/youth ages 13-17 yrs
