I am passionate about being of support to others during their time of hurt, depression, anxiety, or struggling with the stressors of life. If you are feeling overwhelmed, need direction, or have lost hope, you do not have to go through it alone. As a trained therapist, I want to encourage you and assist in guiding you in meeting your mental health goals.
I am trained and work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and those children with behavioral needs. In my work I use varying modalities such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, behavioral therapy and play therapy. I provide services in both English and Spanish.
