I have been in practice since 2010. I have a background in successfully treating a variety of complex and co-occurring mental health issues including mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, social struggles, and depression. I have experience helping individuals, couples and families navigate difficult family dynamics and resolve conflict. My years of practice have allowed me to work with various populations and age ranges. My unique treatment style includes humor and solution-focused interventions which allows me to be direct and make progress quickly.

I have a strong history of working with an array of populations from those with Complex PTSD, those who have been in abusive relationships, those who struggle with anger, those in a relationship who want to strengthen the relationship or do not know how to separate in the best manner, substance use and more. No matter what the issue a person is struggling with it can be painful and hard to navigate. I want to help collaborate and be a part of your growth and help process through some of the hardest times as well as through the growth.

Addressing trauma within cultural norms and family structures provides for a 360º vantage point of an individual’s world view. This is especially important when I am working with people of color, women, individuals of the LBGTQIA+ community, and any persons that comes from a minority status. Trauma and pain can be considered as muscle memory. This type of emotional memory can be passed down through generations and if left unexplored, can lead to emotional issues.

Hello, I'm Lileana. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I have a decades experience providing individual, family and group therapy in the state of Nevada. My specialization is working with complex traumas such as sexual abuse, intimate partner violence, and with those who have sexually offended against others. But I am also well versed in working with individuals with ADHD, parenting matters, and interpersonal relationships. My goal is to help each client "connect their dots." That can look differently for each person.

Having a child is an exciting time, it can also be scary and feel like you are walking into the unknown. I am here to help you navigate that time and transition into your new role while maintaining your sense of self. I also love working with teens who are dealing with all that life throws at them, new emotions, experiences and making decisions.

Lacy Menzies MS, MFT, LADC, LADC-S and CPP Reg. Our lives get complicated really quick! Lacy is working with all ages, including 0-6. Lacy works with women, men, and children regarding trauma, addictions, mood disorders, behavior disorders and relationship stressors. It is important to have a safe space to talk, and to sort out the tangled tides beating against our shores. Lacy works with her client to calm the sea within.

Josee' Perrine is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience in the mental health field as a Mental Health Counselor and clinical supervisor. She is the recipient of a Senatorial Award for her work with families. She has a strong background working with individuals who have severe mental illness; schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, and personality disorders, as well as mood disorders, anxiety and PTSD. In addition to her clinical work, she was an instructor at the University of Nevada, Reno, teaching classes in family interaction.
