When the tendency to accommodate others and the desire for approval goes unchecked, we betray our authentic sense of self and undermine our success. This is particularly true with adults suffering from symptoms related to childhood trauma, addiction, and those who have had to "mask" due to neurodivergent experience. Using evidenced based treatment, I work with adults and couples to create their best lives.
