In Nevada I work as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor-Supervisior and a secondary for CPC-I's . I have Clinical Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education with emphasis in Couple and Family Therapy. The ideal client for Rise is anyone who may feel as if the door has shut, who is feeling lost, struggling with life's trials, who may not be able to communicate to their loved ones. In short, anyone who feels as if they don't fit in their skin.

Our mission is to advocate for couples, children and families with mental and behavioral health needs, To ensure that each client is provided with the means necessary to gain independence, self esteem, better coping and problem solving skills to reach their fullest potential in social and emotional growth. Life events such as parental job loss, family stress, health issues, divorce, domestic violence, frequent anger and hostility between parents, step-parenting, single parenting without support, to name only a few, can derail healthy development and create a cascade of escalating behavior problems at home and in the community.

Danielle Fargo is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Reno, Nevada. Her educational background consists of a master’s degree in Counseling (Marriage, Couple, and Family specialization) from the University of Nevada, Reno, and bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology. Danielle began her career as a therapist serving children and adolescents with significant mental and behavioral health needs. Danielle has clinical experience with families, couples, and individuals, including those with significant grief and trauma, and has EMDR and trauma certifications for both adults and adolescents.

I meet my clients where they are and use the best approach to fit their needs. I value the use of empathy, warmth and having a non-judgmental stance to build trust and elicit change! I use an Experiential lens to guide my work by emphasizing emotions, authenticity, genuineness, and having unconditional positive regard. I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQ+ community, with individuals and couples, especially those struggling with cultural expectations of their family of origin, specifically the Latino population.
