Life has a way to challenge us. We all struggle with different elements of life. Ironically the blessing is that we feel pain. Sometimes more than we want and at times not enough to change. This pain causes people to seek comfort externally, in food, drugs, relationships etc. This pain may be perceived as a result of someone else, or something external and it is normally handled by coping. There is a way past coping, a way to learn what this pain is telling you about yourself. There's a way to perceive pain as a friend and embrace the lessons it teaches us about who we are. Personal Growth liberates and it's within us.

Hello, this is my private practice's page. I am accepting new clients in person or through telehealth. I am a licensed CPC Intern, CI5287, graduated from UNLV's CACREP-accredited master program. My areas of expertise are working with any mental distress related symptoms and assisting clients in achieving self-leadership and self-compassion. I would like to provide clients the utmost compassion and unconditional positive regard. I believe my clients are probably already trying their best, and they might just need a map to navigate the areas of themselves that are struggling. My approach is emotion-based and trauma-focused.
