I typically collaborate with adolescents and young adults looking to feel understood and, in turn, better understand themselves. Clients I work with often have high emotional sensitivity and experience depression, anxiety, mood lability, grief, trauma, spirituality issues, and relational conflict. Together, we learn tools to increase self-validation, make behavioral changes, and reenvision life's experiences. Clients find they develop skills to cope with strong emotions, improve their emotional expression with others, and experience genuine, authentic connection.

Change is never easy, but throughout our lives it happens whether we like it or not, and sometimes it is very difficult. If you are experiencing a change in your life or if you're thinking that you want to change something it is always helpful to discuss your feelings and thoughts with someone to obtain a different perspective. I have experience in assisting clients with changes related to Domestic Violence, trauma, depression, anxiety, ageing and health concerns.

My objective is to support and enable clients to discover their internal strengths, guiding them through life's challenges to liberate themselves from feelings of shame, guilt, denial, withdrawal, low self-esteem/confidence, hurt/pain, disappointments, trauma, and the complexities of grief and loss.
