Welcome to Neshama, a safe space to talk about life's challenges and find acceptable solutions. We use a collaborative approach to work with individuals from all racial, ethnic, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds. We specialize in treating individuals and couples who are experiencing a variety of mental, social, and emotional challenges. Our goal is to help clients identify and access their internal resources, become empowered, and live fulfilling lives. Our belief system is aptly captured in the quote from the Buddha which states – “No matter how hard the past, you can always begin again.”
We use a holistic approach to help clients build trust, elevate their minds and spirit, support their healing, instill hope, and create more meaningful and fulfilling lives. We explore how the past is influencing the present so clients can recognize patterns, identify core beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors that are maintaining maladaptive patterns.
My hope for my clients is that as we work together they will be able to develop a better understanding of themselves and others and be able to integrate all aspects of the experiences as they strive to become the best version of themselves. We will work to identify to tools that they need to navigate challenges in the future and face life with confidence.
