• Clinical Psychologist With Decades Of Experience • I offer a rich diversity of modalities in my professional toolbox and am trained in a variety of behavioral therapies including DBT, CBT, ACT, and CBT-I. I blend these therapeutic modalities to empower you with practical, effective life skills. I am also a testing psychologist and conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to pinpoint diagnoses and tailor treatment recommendations. I complete gender affirming/transgender letters and assessments. I am a sleep expert (insomnia disorders, sleep apnea treatment and compliance).
I think of myself as a sleep detective and coach who helps people who do not meet the criteria for a sleep disorder but want to upgrade their sleep experience. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for insomnia ( CBT -I) a cutting edge therapy in the field of sleep issues.
I work with adults including young adults, and seniors. I welcome LGBTQIA and BIPOC folks to my practice. I work both in person and zoom.
