My approach to our sessions is person centered. That means that I custom tailor your treatment to fit your needs. We will build on your strengths to improve areas of concern in your life. My expertise includes multicultural and race issues, crisis prevention, self-care linked to mental health, child/adolescent growth and child/adolescent behavior management.
It is not always easy to initiate therapy, nor maintain it. It can be enjoyable but, also include difficult work.
