My name is Nereida Medina, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Redlands, California. I am currently working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults in individual and couple's therapy. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts. My style and approach are a good fit for young adults and adults who may be dealing with the challenges of life transitions and couples who are struggling to communicate through ongoing stressors.
I work to help my clients navigate these transition periods and to build skills to problem solve and use effective coping to develop a more positive outlook on life.
