I have been a therapist for over 14 years! I enjoy working with adults from all diverse backgrounds. In individual sessions I help those presenting with depression, anxiety, OCD, personality disorders, trauma, substance abuse, ADHD/ADD, issues with sexuality, LGBTQ, grief and loss, parenting issues, women's issues, and challenges involving interpersonal relationships
I offer a person-centered eclectic approach that involves aspects of psychodynamics, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution focused treatments. I truly tailor my work to each client to meet their unique needs.
My work is focused on getting to know what is important to my clients to initiate positive life changes to work towards having a life that brings them happiness.
