With over 2 decades of experience working with adults and teens, I have helped people who live with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and psychotic disorders live fuller and happier lives. Sessions with me are a very interactive process that blends cognitive based therapy and mindful practices with natural humor and compassion.

Together we develop goals that can create a new narrative and foster the confidence and tools needed to make powerful changes.
