I work with a wide variety of holistic modalities depending on what is most beneficial. These include relational & family systems work, ayurvedic healing, yoga therapy, body & energy work, and nutrition support. My approach is to address the root cause of imbalance experienced on the physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual level.

Yoga for Recovery & Trauma
75 min – Beginner Friendly Yoga Class focused on healing from addiction and trauma of all kinds and it is open to everyone. At the beginning of class, a brief reading from various literature from AA as well as traditional and modern healing practices is shared. Students are welcome to share their reflections or anything they are working through or just listen to others. The remaining 50 minutes is dedicated to practicing relaxing beginner-friendly yoga suited to regulate the nervous system and build emotional and mental awareness and resiliency.
