These painful experiences and defense patterns can have long-lasting detrimental effects that deprive us of joy and meaning. However, although painful, these places of darkness can be opportunities to rewrite our story and move us towards healing.

I treat each session as a sacred opportunity to walk together, in a collaborative partnership, to reach your goals, needs, and desired outcomes. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, but rather, I work to tailor each approach to fit your individual needs. I offer support and guidance in a safe space for you to explore challenges, heal, and grow.
