My clinical experience includes utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques in addition to other therapeutic modalities. I like to constantly expand my experience and learning to enhance my skills as a therapist whenever I can, by learning and taking part in understanding different therapeutic modalities and interventions, while also utilizing
different creative outlets and the things that I have passion for. I incorporate a seamless combination of Eastern and Western philosophies into my practice. This blend of influences allows me to offer a distinctive outlook on mental well-being. I apply a variety of techniques, including mindfulness-based meditation, and guided imagery.
