I do both in-person and telehealth appointments with some evening flexibility. While I have experience working with a variety of ages, my passion involves working with children and adolescents. My areas of experience include trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, RAD, Autism, and SPMI’s, among others. I have worked as a Crisis Therapist as well as ongoing counseling in an office and intensive in-home settings. Recognizing a need for help and reaching out is the first step toward positive changes and a healthier you.

Hi and welcome! My name is Alex and I’m a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) in the State of Nebraska. I am accepting new clients, have immediate openings, and have a variety of times to choose from, including Saturdays! I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling at Crown College! From as long as I can remember, I knew I wanted to help others. Therapy should be a safe place where you can be yourself without judgement, and I strive to provide that environment for all of my clients. I use a person-centered approach and meet clients where they are at and help them grow to achieve their goals.
