I am a Social Worker (LICSW) with experience working with adults, adolescents, young adults and families, all who are impacted in one way or another by symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety, Depression, Family conflict, School issues, Grief and Trauma. I have worked in home, community and outpatient settings. My focus is establishment of a therapeutic alliance and rapport in developing a successful connection to achieve or overcome obstacles in life.

I use a few different therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, and Solution focused brief therapy. Each of the practice approaches, focus on utilizing strengths, to manage stress and work towards goal oriented action.
