I believe that many types of therapy have value, and I do not operate from a one-therapy-fits-all point of view. I use a trauma-informed approach pulling from various theoretical backgrounds including mindfulness practices, existential theory, and person-centered therapy. We will work together to explore your world through these lenses.
My goal is to help you tap into your inner resources and find sources of strength that you may not be consciously aware of. I aim to create a space where you feel safe and supported while we work through present challenges and past traumas. We will work together to help you feel reconnected to yourself and to the world around you.
