I believe in everyone’s capacity to grow. Each person has the unique ability to shed their destructive behaviors and adopt new skills to improve themselves. I strive to help clients identify goals and make the changes to achieve them. With a Master’s degree from Columbia University and a Doctorate of Psychology from LIU - Post, I am currently a licensed psychologist with over a decade of clinical experience.
My experience working with multiple populations across settings has informed my therapeutic focus. ​I specialize in working individually with adults and older adults experiencing depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and adjustment to temporary, chronic, or terminal medical conditions.​ With a versatile approach drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT and neuropsychology.
