I'm Mariah and I primarily work with adults, providing individual and/or couples therapy. I've worked with many areas of concern for therapy with just a few examples being depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, phase of life adjustments, stress and anger management, postpartum concerns, communication, mood disorders and more. In addition to therapy, I also complete Bariatric Assessments and Substance Use Evaluations.
