Stress & life issues do not affect just one section of our lives and should not be treated as such. At Let's Talk, we have made a concerted effort to study the mind body spirit connections academically and through personal practice. It doesn't matter if you want spiritual / life coaching, need a few sessions to help negotiate a specific hurtle, or desire a long term counseling relationship - you will receive a truly holistic experience.

I enjoy serving adults and adolescents and working collaboratively with individuals and families to improve emotional health and overall well-being. My role is to gain a true understanding of each client's goals and challenges and assist in growth and healing. I use a client-centered approach with each individual and draw on various treatment modalities to address obstacles to change. I am skilled in the use of psychodynamic therapy, brainspotting, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, sand tray therapy, and other treatment models.

My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, addiction and interpersonal relationship difficulties. I believe that therapy can bring conscious awareness to adaptive patterns and limiting beliefs that hold us back from living authentically. I use a casual, non-judgmental approach to sessions, drawing from several styles of therapy based on client need. I take a collaborative approach and view the therapeutic alliance as a significant contributor to change. I view “symptoms” or “problems” as meaningful forms of expression that invite us to heal our relationship to self.

Currently Not Accepting New Client- I am a certified EMDR therapist who believes life is a journey and my role as a therapist is to assist people when their journey becomes difficult or confusing due to struggles in life. My experience includes working in both a clinical and non-clinical setting with people dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD.
