I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) specializing in child, adolescent therapy, and young adults. I am also a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) trained to complete juvenile drug and alcohol evaluations. I have worked with at-risk youth for over a decade and I have knowledge in navigating the juvenile justice system.

I work with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety and trauma. I also see families dealing with Life Transitions including new medical diagnosis, the move of a parent to Long-term care, children leaving home. My clients include military families, as well as married, divorcing or struggling couples. Our work together often includes recognizing grief as a natural process of change and growth. I also provide clinical supervision and consultation services for mental health providers.

We are a group of experienced Trauma/Addiction therapists and Yoga/Sound/Movement therapists who provide healing groups, retreats and staff trainings, both in person and online. We use somatic healing strategies for preventing "compassion fatigue", burnout, and for healing from trauma/PTSD/addictions. I am a clinical psychologist with over 43 years of clinical experience. I specialize in conducting psychological evaluations of people of all ages for a variety of reasons. I also perform therapy with clients of from all age groups as well as couple's and family therapy. Given my extensive experience, there are very few cases that cause me to hesitate to accept. As such, I have dealt with people with the full array of psychological disorders. Holistic in orientation, I employ a variety of therapeutic modalities to promote optimal health,including cognitive therapy, behavior-modification, and clinical hypnosis.
