I'm good at getting at the potential, power, genius, and strength which lies within, surfacing creativity, health, and well being. Usually, when one discovers their potential it is like dropping a pebble in the calm lake, rippling goodness for all around them.

Jeff has worked in behavioral health for nearly 30 years. Jeff sees individuals (18 years and older). His areas of focus include life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, serious mental illness and couples. Jeff also enjoys providing therapy and support to behavioral health professionals and other therapists. In addition, he is a resource for family members and other caregivers of people with serious mental illness. He enjoys second half of life questions and exploring ways mindfulness improves mental health. Jeff has been married for over 30 years and has 3 children.

I currently have openings for daytime availability and the majority of my work is focused on individuals identifying in some way as LGBT+ with priority being extended to gender diverse individuals. Juliet is a current student in the Clinical Mental Health Program at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She holds degrees in Special Education from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and Lemoyne College. As a teacher she brings skills of individualized care that fosters growth in the whole self. Since graduating in 2008, she has been working in the Omaha area with large and small groups on conflict mediation using the Family Systems model.

Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapies, I show my clients how they can replace their current thoughts with more positive and adaptive thoughts, which will change their mood and behaviors. I believe that clients have control of their treatment and can achieve a lot more than they think they can. I will work with clients in providing the skills that will help them achieve their goals. I am licensed in both Iowa and Nebraska and can diagnose co-occurring disorders.

I enjoy using my knowledge of human development and family systems to serve my clients' unique needs. In addition, my experience with children, adults and families helps to cultivate an environment of growth for my clients. I give unconditional regard to all of my clients, and walk with them on their individual journeys. Personal growth can sometimes be uncomfortable, but I assure you, you do not have to experience it alone. Going through discomfort is part of the growth process, and you will be stronger because of it! My hope is that each person I work with will gain insight from guided self-exploration and goal setting.
