I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who offers individual therapy services to adults. I offer in-person sessions or telehealth to clients in Nebraska or Iowa. During my career, I have had experience working in a variety of mental health settings. I am passionate about working with individuals struggling with perinatal mental health issues, stress, grief, anxiety, depression, OCD and trauma. I have experience working with individuals who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, infant or child loss.

I completed my master's internship at UNMC Counseling and Psychological Services where I had the opportunity to work with graduate and medical students. During this time, I started integrating neuroscience into treatment planning.
