I have a passion for working with clients to build them up and guide them to discover their true self. I love working with patients as they find ways to motivate themselves, evolve and discover what their potential could be. I have worked with the homeless population, correctional facilities, and with people who are just trying to find a way to better their lives. I am currently being Supervised by a Licensed Clinical Supervisor who has been my main supervisor for almost 2 years.

Everyone has a story unique to one's own experience - sometimes those stories involve trauma, heartache, hurt, anxiety, and uncertainty, which can often feel overwhelming to face alone. I have experience working with clients of all ages and walks of life. Each client is considered worthy, purposeful and is treated with compassion. I enjoy serving adolescent females and adults who are working through past traumas, current life stressors and who want to learn practical methods to manage anxiety.

I view being a Psychotherapist as being more than simply a job, I view it as a vocation. I have worked in both residential and outpatient settings. I specialize in First Responders. I personally have 20 years experience as a EMT/Firefighter mostly volunteer, 15 years experience as with Emergency Management agency volunteer, and 30 years experience as a law enforcement officer working with a county department and a city department. I have worked with teenagers. I work with adults mostly. Emotional problems go undetected until they become a major problem. I work with preventive, crisis, and post crisis. I believe in Positive Psychology, CBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused. I am a registered state provider for drug and alcohol treatment and assessments.
