Hello! I am a counselor licensed in North and South Carolina with over 22 years of experience. I’ve worked with a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, family and parenting issues, ADHD, behavioral issues, and more. I determine effective therapy strategies for each unique client, and employ a combination of Cognitive Behavioral, Schema Focused, Narrative, and Brief Solution Focused techniques. My clients tell me they appreciate that I am direct, honest, and hold them accountable, while also being compassionate. I am very practical and teach techniques that can be applied to most all situations in life.

Kenzie obtained her Masters of social work from East Carolina University and is currently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with a background in community behavioral health. With a dedication to serving clients of all ages, starting as young as age 6, Kenzie specializes in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, grief, and trauma.

Hello, I am Zach Craddock, a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate (LCMHCA). I attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania (now PennWest Edinboro) and earned a master’s in clinical mental health counseling. As a practicing counselor, I have had the opportunity to help individuals through difficult times in their lives. I pride myself on building an open and safe environment for people to explore and gain the tools to rebuild or strengthen their mental health.

Many times people find themselves at a place in life where they find it difficult to move towards their goals in life. Goals vary from person to person; but they are important to who we are. A person may notice the same mountain is circled with little to no progress. This can be very frustrating. Obstacles might include past "hang-ups", lack of self trust, or feeling unmotivated or overwhelmed with life's circumstances. There may be times the individual wonders if things will always be a certain way, or they may wonder if there is something they are missing. They desire to move past the obstacles and achieve their goal.

My new practice is now open! While Sonder Counseling & Wellness is a new practice, I am definitely not new to helping others as a LCMHC and a High School Counselor. I know finding support can be hard - from deciding you want to open yourself up to and trusting someone else to be a part of that process to realizing there is something you are struggling with.
