I work from an existential perspective to help clients explore life’s challenges and acquire tools to thrive in today’s world. My path has led me to working with veterans, athletes, the incarcerated, and adolescents. I work too in the addiction space, with a particular focus on social media and helping both individuals and families explore the increasing role technology plays in our lives and how we can change our habits to protect ourselves.

I offer a calm, accepting space for you to explore your inner world, past experiences, and the impact these have on your present day. Those who consider themselves highly sensitive, often feel misunderstood, or are contemplating existential and/or spiritual concerns are areas I provide insight into. I am also passionate about working with adolescents and children (ages 7+). In today's times, young people face unprecedented challenges and circumstances that require connection, support, and guidance. I provide this along with skills to utilize one's innate capacity for growth and change.

I am a believer in the human experience and normalizing the suffering that is a part of that experience. I do not take a pathological approach to individuals' mental health. I believe you will suffer within your lifetime and that we can work together to build your capacity for resilience. That being said I understand that some individuals have a chemical imbalance, or may experience psychosis if that is the case we can work together to take the proper steps for your health. Presently I work with children from ages six and up as well as adults.

It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help. I am honored to be apart of each client's journey. I enjoy working with adolescents, and adults. With over 10 years of working in both the education and mental health field, I specialize in all issues as they relate to education. I also have a passion for working for women who are navigating difficult life transitions. My approach is warm, encouraging, with a touch of humor (which I believe to an important part of the therapeutic process). I believe in working with my clients to identify their inner strengths. I have been working in the mental health field for over 30 years, the last 20 being in private practice.
