When you feel like your world is falling apart, your heart is broken or you're overwhelmed by life, the last thing you want to do is wait for someone to find time in their schedule to fit you in. Appointments are available within the week for most clients. Telehealth sessions are available anytime, day or night, either by phone or a HIPAA-compliant video platform. In-person visits are available in my Spring Lake and Sanford offices. Your concerns will be addressed in a manner that is friendly and comfortable, and suited specifically to your needs. My clinical interests include working with those affected by trauma, personality disorders, Autism, ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions, as my own life is affected by the differences and challenges my daughter’s Autism has introduced us to throughout her life. I have experience in trauma-focused CBT and DBT for those affected by childhood trauma, abuse, and sexual trauma. I also have experience with the foster-care system, single-parent households & blended families.
