My goal is to help individuals struggling with trauma, post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, adjustment, burnout, and life transitions. I am also beginning to work with couples. I care about forming a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship, building upon strengths and successes, and honoring my clients' stories. Therapy is going to look a little bit different for everyone, and I am so excited to start this journey with you.

I aspire to equip teenagers and young adults with the tools they need to heal, grow, and thrive with clinical, evidence-based therapy through the lens of the gospel.

I work with individuals, children, adolescents, teens, adults, couples, families, veterans, and persons in the LGBTQ+ community. My clinical interests include working with those affected by trauma, personality disorders, Autism, ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions, as my own life is affected by the differences and challenges my daughter’s Autism has introduced us to throughout her life. I have experience in trauma-focused CBT and DBT for those affected by childhood trauma, abuse, and sexual trauma. I also have experience with the foster-care system, single-parent households & blended families. Let me help you be your best you!

Hi, I am accepting new clients with immediate openings. I am a LCMHC. I am a graduate from Liberty University, and have an undergraduate degree in psychology. I am also currently pursuing a doctorate to specialize in trauma therapy and community counseling through Liberty University. I work primarily with children and adolescents, and their parents. I have training in TFCBT, behavioral therapy, and Christian counseling. I have experience working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism, trauma, family and custody struggles, and anger management. I enjoy using CBT, motivational interviewing, Play therapy, and art therapy.

Formerly the CEO of Family ConneXions, PLLC, I come with over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families of all ages. I am licensed in clinical social work (LCSW) as well as substance abuse services (LCAS). I am also a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS). I have a Bachelors Degree in Spanish Language and Literature and speak Spanish fluently. My primary goal is to provide a service that emphasizes trust, respect, confidentiality and compassion. I use a strength-based approach that focuses on supporting individuals, families, and couples through emotional and behavioral challenges.
