I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, intimacy issues (physical and emotional), LGBTQIA issues, men’s issues, marital conflict, sexual addiction, and complex personal life struggles. Most therapists aren't trained in all these issues. I offer EMDR trauma therapy, as well. There is hope.

I am licensed for Telehealth in Florida. Helping couples is a passion for me as it's the most important relationship in an individual's life. This growth is often painful and joyful but worth it! I also work with partners of sexual addiction/infidelity to aid in healing from the trauma, setting boundaries and the process of formal therapeutic disclosure (including polygraphs where desired). I have completed Module 1 of IITAP Certified Partner Trauma Therapist Training for betrayed partners as well as Level 1 Gottman Method Training for Couples work. I am currently in training to provide Brainspotting.

My name is Terrence W. Graham and I am a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, where I earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology in 1993 and a Masters of Science Degree in Agency Counseling in 1998. I am currently a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, a Distance Credentialed Counselor, Clinical Supervisor-Intern for the North Carolina Substance Abuse Board, and a Certified Bariatric Treatment Specialist. My professional background includes over 15 years of counseling experience. In addition to owning Graham Moore & Clark, LLC, I was a Child Therapist for the School Based Mental Health Team.

However, I specialize in the treatment of addiction to drugs, alcohol, and sexually compulsive behaviors better known as “sex addiction.” The reason I don’t prefer that term is because it oversimplifies both the subjective experience and the symptoms. For example, overuse of pornography, or countless hours spent browsing single’s ads online doesn’t necessarily involve sex, but it can be compulsive.

I earned a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BS in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. I have significant experience providing clinical services for children, adolescents, adults and families dealing with a wide range of mental health issues. I was a clinician and program supervisor at Wake County Mental Health/Human Services where I developed and managed an innovative treatment program for children and families dealing with sexual abuse. I also provide clinical supervision, consultation and mental health trainings around North Carolina through the Area Health Education Centers (AHEC).
