Study upon study shows that people that have experienced horrendous experiences or suffer from severe anxiety & OCD CAN and in fact WILL make progress.
Are you overwhelmed with worry, racing thoughts, or stress? Are you feeling frustrated with your child's big emotions, meltdowns, worry or concerned about the scary situation they experienced? Does it impact your sleep? Are you freezing or panicking in everyday situations? Is your child is panicking? Together, we'll work on rewiring the brain for peace. I specialize in teaching ways to manage the stress, reduce the worry and the skills to manage symptoms leading to a sense of safety. You will gain the skills to control your thoughts, manage your emotions and get back to living the life you want.

This is why I've devoted my practice to understanding and effectively treating OCD. OCD is much bigger than handwashing and straightening pictures on the wall. If you believe you may be struggling with OCD, reach out and we can determine together.

Treating ages 5 and up, we are specialized in Couples/Families OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorder, eating disorders, families, and couples.
ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS (Couples, Families and Children) Everyone struggles at some point in time in their lives. Acknowledging this to another person can be incredibly difficult yet, freeing. True strength is in recognizing our faults (because we all have them.....yes we do) and working to change them. That is why we say the healthiest people are sitting in our office. The healthiest people are those who can acknowledge that they can't do it alone. Sometimes we need to trust in other people to guide us and give us perspective. It can be a challenge to open up to friends and loved ones for fear of judgement or rejection.

Many of my clients present with difficulties such as grief, OCD, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and depression.
I understand that the challenges of life often move people away from others into places of isolation and shame. My passion is walking alongside people in the midst of these places–to hold a space for them that focuses on what they need rather than an agenda–with an ultimate vision of helping clients to pursue life and relationships with a renewed vibrancy.

My clinical interests include: anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder ( OCD), grief, infertility, pregnancy, and pregnancy/neonatal/infant loss.
Seeking therapy is a courageous decision of choosing ‘you’. I recognize the significance of choosing therapy in vulnerability, and I feel passionate about walking alongside individuals on their journey of healing and growth. Each person’s experiences and emotions are unique, and as a therapist, I recognize that this individuality is a vital tool in healing. I partner with my clients to unveil and process their unique emotions in an empathetic, safe, and non-judgmental approach. Therapy is not only a passion of mine; most importantly, it is an honor.
