Book with me now by clicking on my website. Life altering experiences can cause us to feel physically and emotionally unsafe leading us to ruminate on the past, overthink and worry about the future, and expect something bad to happen. Daily tasks can become difficult, and sometimes talking feels like it makes things worse. Imagine feeling secure, safe, and enjoying every day things without worrying about what’s next. It is possible to find a way to accept things as they are, reconnect with the people you care about, and enjoy the things that mean the most to you. Please note I currently only offer virtual sessions in evenings.

My clients reach out because they need support during a time of transition, are struggling with anxiety or depression, or want to address past traumas. I work with teens, adults and kids to help them cope with stress and respond to suffering. My clients report relief at being able to express themselves freely and feel seen. They enjoy the opportunity to use creative arts in the therapy space, especially as the arts are uniquely positioned to respond to trauma. No art experience is necessary to benefit from expressive arts therapy. If you're open, and if you've ever used a crayon or listened to music, that's all you need.

If you or someone close to you is facing the challenges of active addiction, or if you're in recovery and ready to address the experiences that led to substance use, you're not alone. Perhaps others have expressed concern about how you're using substances to cope with daily stress. You deserve a safe, non-judgmental space to explore the role alcohol or drugs have played in your life. Together we can work towards the life you've always envisioned for yourself.

I bring over a decade of experience to my practice, where I work with a wide range of struggles. I bring special expertise to self-image/self-esteem issues, trauma, and grief. As a holistic practitioner, I don’t limit my focus to treating symptoms or replacing behaviors. I work with body, spirit, heart, and gut, offering a space where you can step into a transformed relationship with yourself. I go underneath strategies and tools to help you develop inner resources, listen to your body and nervous system, let go of what no longer serves you, and bring new energy and clarity to your most important connections.

For those with Combat Stress or Trauma, traditional therapy models tend to fail because they are based on cognitive reframing, emotional intelligence and empathy...something that was conditioned out of you and never put back. Being asked to "think positively," "do your deep breathing," and "use your coping skills" rarely works if you are not taught the WHY. That's where psycho-education comes in. Humans have an intrinsic need to understand the purpose behind what we are doing for it to hold any meaning, let alone be implemented. Book with me by clicking on my website!
