I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. I have experience in counseling children, adolescents, adults, and couples. My expertise in counseling active duty service members to include special forces soldiers and their families along with veterans have given me the confidence in addressing your specific mental health needs. My treatment approaches are eclectic as everyone has different needs. My approach includes CBT, DBT, trauma-focused, family systems, solution focused, client-centered as well as other evidenced based therapeutic practices.

Life can be challenging at times and healthy coping skills are vital to being able to navigate through life and manage daily issues and problems effectively. Many people see seeking therapy as an admission of weakness. I believe that one of the bravest things someone can do is realize that they cannot face everything alone and to ask for help. Clinical Counseling and Consulting Services, PLLC (CCCS) is a counseling and consulting agency dedicated to clinician development and mental health treatment. Although CCCS specializes in treatment for sex offenders, individuals with problematic sexualized behavior, and victims of trauma, the agency also provides specialized outpatient therapy, employee assistance services, and services for individuals suffering from addiction. Parenting education classes are also available to assist parents with managing and coping with their children and/or adolescent behavioral deficits, addictions, and/or mental health disorder(s).
