I believe counseling does not have to be reserved for when problems arise or for only "big" problems. The client is who decides what goals are important and my job is to allow the space for them to achieve them. I work with a range of ages, specializing in Child-Centered Play Therapy. Child-centered play therapy is not only for children. The principles of the practice can be applied to any age as it encourages building self-esteem, decision making, and utilizing an individual's own problem solving ability.
