I take pride in helping individuals find solutions to difficulties they encounter to live happy healthy lives. My therapeutic style is empathetic and warm while focused on building on clients' strengths to help them heal from the past and find solutions for the future. My overall goal in therapy is to help clients acknowledge their problems and then focus on positive solutions that allow them to feel better and do better.

Pinnacle Point Supportive Services, LLC is an agency that provides services to individuals in need. Our goal is to assist individuals in achieving optimal mental, physical, and spiritual health through various supportive services. We want to help individuals and families learn different techniques to assist them in every aspect of their life. We strive to help each individual we encounter to go from one place to another. We will use skill building, anger management, and reality based approaches to help the people we serve get from the place they are in life to the place where they need to be.

I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and their families. I specialize in play therapy and solution focused therapy. I look forward to helping you or your child work through the every day struggles and sometimes overwhelming struggles of everyday life. I approach counseling from a holistic perspective and feel the child will benefit more from counseling if the family unit is healthy. This is why I invite the family to be a part of therapy and work to make the family a healthy place for the child/teen to grow and mature.

I love being a biblical counselor because I love seeing God bring hope and change into the tender and difficult places of our relationships, emotions, and pains of life. It is such a privilege to be invited into the lives of my clients. I see clients with marital, parenting, and other relationship struggles. I see them as they are coping with trauma, grief, and the usual transitions and struggles of life. I see them as they engage with anxiety, depression, or the weight of guilt and shame. Life can be hard at times and with the right coping skills, life can be more manageable to those experiencing depression, grief, anxiety, substance use, and other mental health issues. Working with those who have experienced relationship issues, such as infidelity, abuse (domestic, verbal and/ or physical) can learn how to become a survivor instead of a victim. I know that building a healthy therapeutic relationship is the first step in the therapy process in a non-judgmental environment.

I enjoy helping men, women, their marriages, and their families. While I specialize in individual and marriages, I do provide counseling to all who pass through our doors. Sometimes women need a male's perspective on things, while kids may need an outside adult figure to get a different perspective or role model. I also specialize in helping men overcome masculine passivity, pornography addiction and sexual integrity.

Jessica provides both individual and marriage counseling. She is passionate about her work as a psychotherapist and has witnessed first-hand dramatic personal and relationship transformations. Her unique style in relational, empathetic, and practical therapies rejuvenate hope in clients that fear their dreams or partnerships are unsalvageable.

We offer telehealth sessions (video and audio) to help with processing during this difficult time. I work with mainly with young adults and adults. I have extensive knowledge and training working with clients who suffer from symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma and stress. I am primarily Cognitive Behavioral and utilize the integration of healthy coping skills.
